The fine print
- When you run out
- Lensmark stops and tells you. It never charges for another identification or quietly downgrades the answer, and follow-ups keep working.
- Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel in one click from Manage account, which opens Stripe's billing portal; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account cancels any subscription at the same moment. The Week Pass is a one-time purchase and is not refundable once used, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
